Video Help
The best way to view videos is with high speed internet service. Using dial-up or wi-fi services may result in lower quality video images.
Trouble viewing YouTube video links?
- To watch any video, simply select the thumbnail photo of the event you'd like to watch and the video will expand to your window.
- Select anywhere inside the active window to play the video (or the play button in the bottom bar of the expanded window) and enjoy the show.
- To access closed captioning, select the lower right triangle while playing, the middle "cc" item should be lit. If this option is not lit, you can do so by selecting it. For audio translations, select the left arrow branching off of the "cc" option and select "Transcribe Audio."
- If you are having difficulty viewing the video, please visit the YouTube help page
for troubleshooting strategies.
What software do I need for videos not hosted on YouTube?
To access the Video Workshops series or Career Videos, you must have Windows Media Player (Version 9 or 10), RealPlayer (Version 10) or Macromedia Flash Player (Version 7 or better) software downloaded and installed on your home/office computer. We recommend testing your player in advance to make sure it is working.
Note: Windows Media Player version 11 is not currently recommended.
